Nataša Beltran

Nataša Beltran is Department Lead for Climate Change and Environmental Protection at Envirodual Ltd. With an MSc in Environmental and Resource Management and over 15 years of experience, she bridges EU climate policy and local action. She leads climate risk and vulnerability assessments and adaptation action plans for Slovenian cities and regions, including the City of Ljubljana’s SECAP. As national facilitator for the EU Mission on Adaptation, she helps regions and municipalities build climate resilience. An adviser to Slovenian ministries, EIB/JASPERS, UNDP and WWF, she turns risk data into decisions that make cities safer, greener and better places to live.
