mag. Miran Gajšek

Miran Gajšek holds a master’s degree in spatial and urban planning.

During his professional career, he has worked in numerous fields related to spatial planning. Among other things, he was a young researcher at the Urban Planning Institute of the Republic of Slovenia, and later worked at the Ministry of the Environment and Spatial Planning – Office of the Republic of Slovenia for Spatial Planning, in the Department of Regional Spatial Planning. At the turn of the millennium, he took up the position of director of the Institute for Planning and Construction of the Municipality of Celje. He then became head of the Department for Environmental Management at the Municipality of Ljubljana. Most recently, he worked at the Municipality of Celje as head of the Department for Environment, Spatial Planning, and Public Utilities.
